Summary of 2024 Changes
The recent updates to the 2024 MPFS allows your FQHC to not only bill for Chronic Care Management (CCM) but concurrently now for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) services. FQHCs can continue to bill one G0511 code for CCM services and now a minimum of one G0511 code for RPM services, in the same calendar month. This equates to a minimum revenue generation of $145.96 per patient per month.
